TOPIC: 'The Family'..

CLASS 4: (Reading).

Teacher Fernando began the class asking students if they remembered the members of the family. Students answer mentioning each member of the family. Teacher Fernando asked some volunteers to stand up and pasted on the board the corresponding name of each member of the family.












Then Teacher Fernando started to ask students to repeat each member of a family, this to help them to remember the previous topic; moreover, Teacher Fernando presented some pictures about the members of a family, using the grammar SHE IS/ HE IS students needed to repeat each name after the teacher.











Teacher Fernando presented an activity where he wore four finger muppets in his toes, Teacher Fernando asked students if they knew each muppets related with some members of the family. Teacher asked each students to mention the four name of the muppets this to make a review about family members.

After this activity Teacher Fernando played a game called scrumbles letters where Teacher Fernando made that Students to work in pairs, Teacher gave them the scrumbles letters and Teacher said a member of a family and students needed to create the name with the scrumbles letter, who finished first got a point.













Moreover, Teacher Fernando made an activity where students asked to stand up, teacher pasted some flashcard of member of a family and when Teacher Fernando said a name of a member of a family students needed to run a take the picture, who got more points and also who got less points should wear the finger muppets to show to his classmates the member of a family using the grammar SHE IS/ HE IS.
